Chef Paul a 40+ year veteran in the Culinary Industry. Originally from India, he worked in many different countries learning and serving mouth watering dishes, but he made his name in Manhattan, New York working at Authentic Indian restaurants. He is the mastermind behind this incredible food. His son Romeo has been following his fathers footsteps since the age of 23, a Graduate in Business from New York City, but wanted something more exciting and surreal so he focused on the Hospitality Industry learning everything there is. He spends most of his time at the restaurant General Managing and Marketing for this family owned business, also working on new and creative ideas to make the restaurant as unique as possible for everyone to have a wonderful experience!
